Keeping up with current events

This past few month has been quite eventful worldwide. With the unfortunate natural disaster in Japan, the excitement from royal wedding, Osama Bin Laden killed and an assortment of other things, I find myself sometimes too busy with my own life to keep track of what's going on in the world. Do you ever feel like that? It's  so important to keep up with the news though, because like it or not- it affects us all. Plus, it's fun to stay up to date with cool events, :) The world is changing constantly, so we need better tools to keep up with the change.

Now, I don't have the iPad, but I've been checking out a new app for the iPad that's coming soon called the collection. This app will be an "appazine" that will allow users to read all about current global happenings. It's not just news, but news offered to you in a much more entertaining way. The app will include articles, audio, photos, and video and will also have cool interactive features such as panoramic photography, 3D digital animation, x ray lens and a whole lot more.
