Speaking of modest clothing, I am in love with Kate Middleton's (or should I say princess Catherine) style. Can't we all start dressing up and wear the coolest hats here in the U.S.? I'm up for it! :)

One out of the two banks has accepted our house offer. yay!! Now we're waiting for the second (the owners have two house loans) I can't wait to start decorating our future house. In the meantime, this image is very inspiring. So simple.

I'm back! Really, I didn't go anywhere. Jared went to Vegas on a business trip for the whole week so I stayed in Goodyear with my family. I gotta admit, a week without Facebook and blogs and internet felt good. I didn't really have time to be online and it was really refreshing. My poor nephew Riot was sick so I helped my sis take care of him. This little buddy and I, we hung out a lot :)

Poor baby was so sick, he had a little trouble breathing. :( But even with runny nose, congested chest, and red watery eyes, he's always smiling. What a trooper. After doctor visit and two visits to the E.R. (where he got mucous suctioned out) he went home with a breathing treatment to help with his RSP. He didn't seem to mind at all. lol

So... the weather changed drastically in the middle of my remix. So my boots and sweaters aren't appropriate anymore. Bummer. Winter is officially over. I'm still going to use what it is, but I'm way behind. Maybe next season I'll start it again and keep up with it (and not cheat). Valentine's Day is tomorrow! Jared has the day off yay! so we are going on a date. :)

Ok all you easteners out there. Don't make fun. I'm freezing! It's been soo cold here in AZ. Temps have been below freezing and winds have made it even colder. The sidewalks are frozen and I have no desire to go outside. I only went outside to take these pictures. I don't think I could ever live in a cold place. I would curl up in a ball and die of cold-ness. Tomorrow, I'm thinking color. Something to cheer things up a bit :)

Alrighty, I had a million wedding pictures to edit and didn't get the chance to post my 30 items or my 1/30 remix. Pardon my pictures and my overexcited face. I don't have a tripod and my husband was at work and my apartment has the worst lighting and outdoors was too cold (can you tell I had issues. Cut me a break people. This is my first remix and I was a little nervous) so I had a little trouble getting good timed photos.

I've always wanted to attend a really glamorous dinner or event that would require me to wear a big fancy gown. Think Golden Globe Awards. not prom- no need for corsages. I remember when I was younger, my best friend Shalane and I would watch the red carpet arrivals and talk about what we would wear if we went. Jared and I had friends over last night and we were too caught up with Catch Phrase that we didn't watch the Golden Globe Awards. But these are a few of my favorite gowns from last night:
